BINGE! EEEEK!

B: Oatmeal
S: Tuna Sandwich [ 2 bread, 1/4 cup tuna, tbsp mayo, lettuce] & 1 80cal cookie.
L: Strawberry, Pineapple, Banana, Ice, Water, Protein Smoothie.
S: Ice cream sandwich; Tuna, 1 slice bread.
D: Ham, FF Cheese, 2-Reduced Wheat, FF tbsp MAYO, Lettuce, Onion & WEIGHT WATCHER ice cream.

Cardio -
23 minutes - sprint, walk.
