NEW START; again..

Alright. So I have 4 - 7 pounds to go. 
Goal: 117-120. With body fat of 12-18% :]

I weighed in at 124.6

In school today: Shop

B: Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup ice
- .5 cup water
- 6 strawberry pieces
- 4 pineapple
- .5 Banana
- 1.5 tbsp protein
S: 1/4 Chicken, 1/4 Sweet Potato, 1/4 Peas
L: 1/4 Chicken, 1/4 Sweet Potato, 1/4 Peas 
S: 1/4 Chicken, 1/4 Sweet Potato, 1/4 Peas
D: Tuna Sandwich;
- 2 oz light tuna
- 1 slice reduced wheat
- .5 tbsp ff mayo
S: Tuna Sandwich; with a cookie :]
- 2 oz light tuna
- 2 slices reduced wheat
- .5 tbsp ff mayo

Weight lifting - Day off.
