Why cant I just reach my goal weight, why can I just eat whatever when ever without gaining. I guess I shouldnt have ate that much yesterday. Sometimes I wonder if my body is in starvation mode?

S: 2 slices reduced wheat, and 2 tbsp peanut butter & two subway choc. chip cookies. - 701
L: Ham & Cheese Broccoli Lean Pocket. - 250
S: Chips, and Bowl of lucky charms, 1/2 cup milk - 327
D: Fried rice; 500 calories? Just guestimation.

School: In shop
Weight training: I did 20 pounds 13 reps of 7. I did squats, lunges, calve raises & abs.
Cardio - None.
