S: 1/2 Chicken Breast, 1/4 Cheese, 1 6" Tortilla - 313
L: 2 Slices Wheat Bread, 1 Serving turkey, 1 Slice FF Cheese - 180
S: 1 Enchilada [ 1 tortilla, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 enchilada sauce, 1/2-1 chicken ] -446/496
D: 1/2 Enchilada - 223
S: 1/2 Enchilada - 263
= 1775
Weight training: 45 minutes of upper body; back, chest, tricep, bicep, & shoulders using 30 pound weights = 267
HIIT cardio - 300 calories.
2393 - 1775 = 618
